I teach a lot of different classes, mostly instructor training, but I also teach hunter education and some private lessons. Sight picture is challenging to teach because you have to convey an image to the student. With iron sights, this was simply done with stick figures and boxes on a target. With scope reticles, red dots and back up iron sights, the challenge of drawing a sight picture now requires artistry.
