The knives have a unique appearance with a Type 3 anodized aluminum panel called an Armored Grip™ that is photo chemically etched.  In the hand, it gives a quick, confident grip.  The knife is based on the field proven Propel model of knives and feature a Fine Edge, a false-edge spear-point, Plunge Lock, and a surprisingly friendly to the pocket finish.

 

 

The knife is now available and retails for approximately $125.00.  They offer 4 distinct styles, each with varying color and material combinations.

Heath Layman is a seasoned law enforcement officer in the Pacific Northwest, serving since 1993 and currently as Chief of Police. A highly accomplished firearms instructor since 2003, he trains both law enforcement and civilians, holding certifications as an NRA Training Counselor and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with NLEFIA. His expertise extends to less lethal munitions, TASER, and active shooter response (ALERRT). Heath is also an advanced armorer for Glock and AR15 platforms, and a staff instructor for both NLEFIA and the NRA Law Enforcement Division, where he provides advanced instructor certifications and teaches vital programs like NRA School Shield and Community Shield.
