What in the world is BIOTHANE®?
BIOTHANE® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by Bio Thane Coated Webbing Corporations that is basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean weldable, and 100% non-toxic. To put the strength of BIOTHANE® into perspective, 5/16” BIOTHANE® rope has a break strength of 800 lbs.!
Blauer has taken the technology and strength of BIOTHANE® and incorporated it into their unique belt design with stainless steel buckle to make a belt buckle that doesn’t protrude, bind, break, or add any bulk to you.
What’s it for?
You could easily use the Blauer Warden Belt as a dress belt, concealed carry belt, or a keeper belt to wear underneath an outer duty belt.
There isn’t a ton of adjustment for your girth, but it is micro-adjustable, so make sure you get the right size for your waist using Blauer’s fitment guides that they provide. With 8 available sizes, you should be able to figure it out for your tactical girth.
The Warden Belt is available in two different finishes on the buckle. You can go with a shiny finish or a blacked-out finish.
