Mossberg, not new to Pistols afterall

Wandering the vast expanse of SHOT Show 2019 range day I found an unexpected treasure; the Mossberg MC1SC Sub-Compact 9mm pistol.

Did you know Mossberg made pistols?  I didn’t know that Mossberg made pistols.

The Mossberg MC1SC isn’t the 1st pistol that Mossberg has made

The fit and feel of the hand, even in my gargantuan hands, was comfortable and controllable.  The slide was easy to manipulate and the sights jumped out at me, easy to find with a natural aim angle to the pistol.

The thing I found most impressive was the trigger press.  It seems that most subcompact pistol manufacturers can’t get this right – Mossberg got it right.  The flat faced trigger is great and has a phenomenal trigger reset.
